The commercial verdict for ‘Cinema Choopistha Mava’ has elevated the position of hero Raj Tharun whose prior flick ‘Uyyala Jampala’ also proved to be a big hit blessing him a breakthrough. Now, the young and energetic boy is all set to storm the Box Office with partially high budget looking flick ‘Kumari 21 F’ from Sukumar Writings banner.

Sukku is not just providing story, screenplay, dialogues for the film but he is also presenting it in direction of Palnati Surya Prathap. Going by commercial stamina of Raj Tharun, the technical crew of Rathnavelu’s camera work and Devi Sri Prasad’s musical score are going to be heavy additions. These two names are commonly associated with big budgeted movies as they charge huge remunerations.

From outside, ‘Kumari 21F’ appears as a costly product made with rich production values. How good makers have analyzed the overall market value of Raj Tharun before roping in top technicians is a doubtful question raised by trade circles. Any budget above Rs. 5 to 7 Crores can be called a risky move on Raj Tharun. When the names of Rathnavelu and DSP are apportioned with lion share of wage payment, definitely ‘Kumari 21F’ is a costly play by Sukku and Vijay Prasad Bandreddi.
