Trisha Joins Horror Genre 'Nayaki'

These days, heroine centric flicks with strong content are rare to find. Although we have seen star heroines like Vijayashanti, Bhumika, Charmi, Nayanathara etc projecting themselves as heroines with strength and caliber, never did we see Trisha trying the same genre. In fact, Trisha was stipulated to glamorous characters besides star heroes. In this penultimate career stages where in the petite beauty is finding tough to bag any offer, here comes a bumper blessing in the form of ‘Nayaki.’    

This is a bilingual film in horror/comedy genre. ‘I am super excited about the script and my role. The film also stars Ganesh Venkatraman, Satyam Raju, Jaya Prakash, Brahmanandham, Manobala and Kovai Sarala,’ Trisha informed about the project with story, screenplay and director from Govi.

It is true that heroines cannot find directors who write scripts solely for them. This is not every day job for writers but Govi wrote the story and script with only and only Trisha in his mind. She is quite lucky.
