Current generation youngsters are redefining the meaning of Stardom. In past few decades, a star hero has to necessarily stick for a particular image in order to remain in stardom. Primarily, action should be the favorite genre and a hero has to mandatorily perform commercial mass masala stunts to please the Fans and audience.
Apparently calculations have changed and we aren’t seeing any of full-fledged action films in this generation. Providing ample entertainment with emotion filled content and loads of drama has been the formula ruling our market. In these terms, ‘Aththarintiki Daaredi’ should be hailed as a trendsetter. Pawan Kalyan in combination of Trivikram Srinivas has re-invented the flavor in family bonding by selecting Menaththa - Menalludu track. The same is followed even by Allu Arjun for ‘S/O Sathya Murthy’ where in Father - Son morals are taught.
Now, we hear that Mahesh Babu is also on track with ‘Srimanthudu’ where lot of drama is going to run the show. Although there will be bundles of action yet it is the emotional substance connected to adoption of a village and people by hero and drama thereof is presented in a new screenplay format by Koratala Siva. It’s time for our heroes to check the balance in commercial ingredients.
