Rajamouli is a commercial strategist. He learnt the every knack of exploiting on our Indian audience pulse. When this knack and strategy go hand in hand, we get something as big as 'Magadheera, Bahubali' and may be much more in future. After the phenomenal commercial ruling passed by Telugu patrons on 'Magadheera,' now Jakkanna is taking the game to next International level with 'Bahubali.'
Well, the subject of discussion here is about the intelligence (more of common sense) of Rajamouli shown in elevating the exceitement of 'Bahubali' with the trailer released. The way trailer begins on an interesting note with introduction of childhood Shivudu growing into a robust personality intermediated with gorgeous looks of Tamanna and visual grandeur can be called as a perfect mix of commercial sense. Despite Rajamouli is a known workaholic, his sweating might have been multiplied exponentially. This does not stop here.
Real kick of the trailer starts with Shivudu giving the foreword to 'Bahubali' and thus the main protagonist is established with high voltage action blocks also taking advantage on the old looks of Rana. Definitely, the plot sounds simple and familiar indeed. Yet, Rajamouli's trademark treatment in introducing Shivudu first and then passing the thread to Bahubali is what a classical case of mass appealing formula means.
