Commercial 'Fencing' for 'Kanche'?

Has the weak run of 'Gabbar' and feeble directorial skills exhibited by Krish in Bollywood affected the prospects of 'Kanche' in Telugu? The film launched some time ago by Krish with Varun Tej as hero on First Frame Entertainments banner is getting very less number of updates and meager response from Mega Fans. Although 'Mukunda' from Varun is responded as a poor debut, this second film definitely needs to fulfill the appetite of Mega Fans who anticiapted a lot from Naga Babu's son.

'Kanche' is said to be a period drama film set in pre independence era with intense love story as binding element. Relatively strange face of Pragya Jaiswal is debuting as heroine with the flick. Depending upon the span and backdrop, 'Kanche' needs high budget compared to the regular commercial films. Rajeev Reddy and Krish are informed of spending the money in possibly best ways so as to make the project withstand on commercial lines.

Financial failure of 'Mukunda' should underline a fact that Varun Tej hasn't got the same standing ovation and dedicated devotion from Mega Fans which other Mega family heroes enjoyed.
