Heroine, Director Mutual Co-Operation

Co-operation between director and leading star cast is a must for a fruitful outcome. When the film is heroine centric and there is someone like Charmi as heroine and Puri Jagannath as director, obviously the chemistry sounds further strong. In fact, Puri and Charmi share a great bond of friendship from years. Charmi remained unhappy with Puri from sometime because her frequent requests to work with him were sidelined by other offers.

Finally, when Charmi agreed to become a partner even on production front by sharing her remuneration the project took a shape as ‘Jyothi Lakshmi.’ After the release and hit run of ‘Temper,’ director Puri Jagannath took a minimal gap of one week to kick start the production works of ‘Jyothi Lakshmi.’ As we all know, Puri is a brisk film maker who wraps the schedules at lightening speeds.

He is nothing different for Charmi and their mutual co-operation resulted in quick wrap up of shooting portions. Reports say, Puri is personally looking after the post production works with May end as the release date tentatively set. This could have been impossible if there is any other heroine in the place of Charmi. She took extreme physical stress in competing with Puri in the exotic locations of Goa. That’s the pleasure of working together as a team.
