Putting aside the family commitments, Jyothika’s re-entry into films with ’36 Vayadhinile’ is so special for entire South cinema lovers. Having acted besides many star heroes in Telugu and Tamil, Jyothika settled as a home maker marrying Suriya long back. From then on, she stood away from main stream acting. After the birth of two cute looking kids, she hasn’t remembered that 8 years passed away with a happy family life.

‘Though there are more than four to give offers came my way during the last 8 years, I rejected them. It was Suriya who wanted me to see back in acting. When he watched ‘How Old Are You,’ a Malayalam movie he thought this as best launch for re-beginning of my career. So, I too gave a shot because of feel good emotions and a decent message to present day women.
