Nagarjuna Has No Such Plans

After selling off the whole broadcasting rights of MAA network to Star India in a fancy and biggest deal of current day media, there are reports of Akkineni Nagarjuna trying to float one more channel in the name of Manam TV. As we all know, Manam is the name of Akkineni family multi star film which ended as biggest blockbuster in the careers of all three Akkineni heroes. So, the rumors sprouted strongly when ‘Manam’ was the connecting point.

Answering on these gossips, Nagarjuana posted a reaction on social networking. ‘There are rumours that I am starting a TV entertainment channel called Manam. Absolutely not true! Fyi.’ This puts an end to entry of Nagarjuna into media business again. He is currently busy with couple of projects like ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and an untitled bi-lingual multi star film with Karthi in Vamsy Paidipally direction. 

Looks like, Nagarjuna is happy for bailing off the stake in MAA Network and he has no early plans to initiate a new TV network. Meanwhile, Nag is also concentrating on the progress of his son Akkineni Akhil heroic debut from the hands of Nithin and VV Vinayak.
