Nandamuri Kalyanram ‘Patas’ is popularly publicized as the first hit film of 2015. Although this film was released later to Pawan Kalyan ‘Gopala Gopala’ and Vikram ‘I,’ why is it that ‘Patas’ alone is considered as a hit film? As per trade circles, ‘Gopala Gopala’ and ‘I’ got superb opening collections on the festive season, however they did not manage to push distributors and exhibitors on to safe shore. In contrast, ‘Patas’ managed took to decent openings and by the end of first week, all the distributors are enjoying the breakeven status running for profits in second and third weeks.

In this case, ‘Patas’ is the real profit providing film relative to ‘Gopala Gopala’ and ‘I.’ Till the time, ‘Temper’ hits the screens in coming month, it is going to be the show of Nandamuri Kalyanram.
