Well Suriya and Jyothika are the best pair till date in South film industry and no doubts on this inference. This pretty pair is also known to be becoming proud father and mother very soon for the second time.  One thing that is really disturbing this couple is their dream house.

Especially it was Jyothika’s dream house that is causing Suriya to land up in some problems. According to sources a legal case was filed against Suriya by an NRI claiming that the land in T-Nagar where Suriya is building a dream house for Jyothika is alleged to be his land and immediately the construction work is to be put off until the court hearing. NRI even claimed that Suriya and Jyothika purchased the disputed land and began the construction.

Sources say that, this case has come to hearing yesterday and the judge ordered that the construction work can go on, but the defendants should adhere to the final decision and the final verdict which will be delivered may be in second week of January.

Looks like real estate mafia even struck this beautiful couple and many suggested that Suriya should stay away from these deals and take care of Jyothika who is still in her first stages of pregnancy.
