No AD Remake For Him

Although the BO result of ‘Happy New Year’ is quite astonishing with 100 Crores club crossed in just three days, there are much bigger milestones waiting for Shah Rukh Khan. In the mean time, producer BVSN Prasad’s son Bapineedu approached SRK recently discussing on probable chances of remaking their super hit ‘Aththarintiki Daaredi’ in Hindi, if SRK gives his nod. 

If Pawn Kalyan is a local hero, SRK is a National hero and his mere presence can crash the BO as proved with ‘HNY.’ However, SRK is learnt to have dropped the idea of ‘AD’ remake because of intricacies involved in modifying the script. The main strength of ‘AD’ was scripting and dialogues of Trivikram Srinivas. The magic in ‘AD’ is restricted only to Telugu audience and the tastes of Bollywood public are different when it comes to these kinds of subjects. So, ‘Aththarintiki Daaredi’ will be only a Telugu film wonder which cannot be applied in B-town.
