Gunasekhar Telangana Special

Creative film maker Gunasekhar’s magnum opus ‘Rudhramadevi’ is into post production stages and the team is working hard to arrange the release at earliest possible. Meanwhile, Gunasekhar has bet entire life for this film made on very high budget with glittering star cast of Rana, Anushka, Prakash Raj and others. The film is made on 3D format, first of its kind for a historic subject. Taking all these points into consideration and especially, ‘Rudhramadevi’ being made in pure Telangana backdrop related to Kakatiya dynasty, Guna is reported have met Telangana CM KCR for exempting the film from State Government taxation. 

KCR is heard to have reacted positively for the request of Guna and ‘Rudhramadevi’ can be the first Telangana film under tax exemption.
