Chiranjeevi has become a Mega Star of Telugu cinema just with his stylish action and neat portrayal of dance movements. For any kind of dances to click and connect with viewers, it requires good music and praise worthy songs. For Mega Star, it was Maestro Ilayaraja who gave innumerable musical hits in 1980 and 90s tolling the image of Chiranjeevi from a Star to Mega Star. Remembering the services of Ilayaraja, yesterday Chiranjeevi thanked his son Yuvan Shankar Raja for composing superb songs for Ramcharan movie ‘Govindudu Andari Vaadele.’
‘I owe a lot to Maestro and now his son Yuvan is doing the same for Charan. Many movies of mine with KS Rama Rao and other producers were super hits because of Ilayaraja who gave the best songs of my career,’ Chiranjeevi expressed the thanks to Ilayaraja and wished all the best to Yuvan.
