Geethanjali Looks Promising

Thanks to Maruthi and Lawrence for inventing a new trend of mixing horror with comedy getting the super hit results with ‘Prema Katha Chithram’ and ‘Kanchana’ respectively. Getting the boost from same, Kona Venkat is trying a free hand with ‘Geethanjali’ ready for release in August with Anjali as heroine and Raj Kiran debuting as director.

Yesterday, it was the time for Kona and team to release the audio and trailer. While first reports on quality of audio is yet to come out, the trailer is definitely promising says analysts. With the presence of big troop of comedian like Srinivas Reddy, Sathyam Rajesh and Jabardasth Shankar in prominent comic roles, the trailer is a right mix of horror and fun. Hope that, ‘Geethanjali’ will give a break for Kona as producer.
