KCR Now Targets Tollywood

Although chances of Telugu film industry to shift from Hyderabad to any of the locations in residual state of Andhra Pradesh are remote for now with no necessary infrastructure provided, the actions of Telangana CM Kcr to regain the hold on all land dealings happened in the last Governments is giving shivers to film celebrities. If Nagarjuna is on the verge of losing huge chunk of land in N Convention for illegal construction and encroachment, now Kcr’s men has set the eye on Film Development Corporations lands.

Lands allotted in 1990’s by the then Governments to FDC are unused without any developmental activities and constructions. While Congress Government has issued warning letters to FDC to initiate some works in these16 acres of lands, nothing of such happened. Finally, Kcr passed the orders to GHMC machinery and District Collector to pull back the same lands whose cost is now estimated as almost Rs.520 Crores.
