Telangana State Formed - KCR Sworn In As CM

The dream of Telangana people has now become a reality as Telangana State is evolved as 29th State of India today with Central Government declared the day as Appointed Day. Celebrations stared all over the new State from late night yesterday and are continuing. TRS party workers, youth and women who participated in the long fight for State formation are rejoicing. Celebrations were held at districts head quarters of all 10 Districts in Telangana and special arrangements were made at Gun Park and Peoples Plaza with lots of fireworks, dances and other cultural activities.

In the morning hours of today at 8:15 AM, K Chandrasekhar Rao, the founder of TRS party has sworn in as First Chief Minister of Telangana State with 11 members Cabinet included KT Rama Rao, Harish Rao, Mahmood Ali, T. Rajaiah, Nayani Narsimha Reddy, Etela Rajender, Padmarao, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Mahender Reddy, Jogu Ramanna, Jagadeeswar Reddy in the presence of Governor Narasimhan.
