Did Kona Venkat Follow Lawrence?

The genre of comedy mixed with horror might not be new for a section of audience but when it comes to mass Telugu audience, they are first introduced to this genre by Lawrence Raghavendra with ‘Kanchana’ which was a roaring hit. Then Maruthi follow the same with ‘Prema Katha Chithram’ and now writer turned producer Kona Venkat is adding little more into the same with ‘Geethanjali’ starring Anjali and directed by Raj Kiran.

‘This will be a milestone film in Anjali’s career. The film is a horror comedy,’ Kona said while explaining his confidence on giving a break for Anjali. Apart from Anjali, there is Harshavardhan Rane, Brahmanandam, Dhanraj and others in the film with camera work from Sai Sreeram.
