‘Jai Ho’ of Salman Khan as a remake to Chiranjeevi’s ‘Stalin’ is opened for lukewarm response through out India and abroad. Unlike typical Sallu Bhai’s movie where in opening records will be thrashed into pieces, ‘Jai Ho’ did not do any extra ordinary business despite critics calling the film as a commercial entertainer with nice message. Reason behind this is known to be anti BJP political party’s campaign asking the people not to watch the film for Sallu’s Kite friendship with Gujarat CM Narendra Modi. 

Using the occasion of Republic Day celebrated yesterday, Salman Khan and the team of ‘Jai Ho’ managed to attend many special interviews encouraging the viewers and especially Sallu Fans by saying the film is made based on a theme of National Building. Hero Jai Agnihotri’s characterization is a living example of how one should take up the responsibility of building a good society around.
