He was supposed to spend three years of time in Jail but was granted a parole on the health grounds of his ailing wife Manyata. Now, National media reports of Dutt getting a parole extension for more of 30 days in serving the three year sentence. This is a very rare circumstance of convicted getting a lengthy parole without spending even 1 year in jail.

Mean while, the so called ill wife Manyata is spotted at an unreleased movie’s special premiere in Mumbai recently. Freshly Manyata is rumored of getting diagnosed with TB and she is admitted in a serious condition at Parel Global Hospital.
