Aamir Khan's Star Power Zoomed

The 100 Crores club is no more the finest destinations for Bollywood heroes and movies. The commercial stamina of Indian Box Office is no more gauged with 100 Crores as an achievement. Look at the newly released ‘Dhoom 3’ of Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif in direction of Vijay Krishna Acharya. The much hyped film has certainly managed to meet with expectations of public and zoomed into 100 Crores club in just two days after the release. 

Summing the collections in USA, UK and other overseas territories with strong openings of Rs.34 and 33 Crores on day 1 and day 2, overall the total gross stood at above 100 Crores in just two days. As per the trade reports, weekend was so strong for the film and it might be seen in 200 Crores club in less than a week. Hopefully, the star power of Aamir Khan is doing the trick for makers. If the same trend continues for next two weeks, ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Krrish 3’ will be pulled out of the top charts.
