Why did Kareena Kapoor do it,you may wonder.You may see her wearing a veil constantly in Karan Johar film Kurbaan.It is slated for nation-wide release on Nov 20. What is interesting? Seems,director Rensil D'Silva wanted Kareena to throw away her veil for at least one particular scene.Specifically for this shot,the director is reported to have asked the heroine to shampoo her hair thoroughly. Obviously, Kareena would have taken a good two hours’ time to get back to her hotel for shampooing her hair.

And lo,on her request,the production unit prepared a makeshift tub for her at the sets immediately. She readily took a quick shampoo. She washed her hair in the freezing minus-18 degree temperature. She had never done it before. And there was a 120-member crew waiting for the actress to finish. How could she let them down? Very professional in approach,Bebo wouldn’t mind doing anything to meet the demands of the story or the director!
