The Second Film City of Tollywood

Looks like the interests of Seemandhra producers who are dominating the Tollywood are venting up in the new way with bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh almost possible. Spearheaded by Natti Kumar, few of the media sources reported on a bunch of producers having got the appointment of AK Antony Committee are ready to put up the new demand of establishing another Film City in Seemandhra region with the support of Government like that of Government owned film cities in Chennai and Mumbai.

AK Antony agreed to meet the delegation of Tollywood producers either on 3rd or 4th of this month. Basically, Seemandhra producers are demanding for a parallel film capital for Andhra region because the status of Hyderabad still lies under dilemma. Vizag, Vijayawada, Tirupathi can become the new shooting destination if at all Antony responds positively.
