Anjali Relieved from Habeas Corpus

The missing case against actress Anjali filed by her step mother Bharathi Devi with a habeas corpus petition has come before a Chennai court hearing for more than once. Magistrate expressed anguish on why Anjali is not making it before the court in order to give her statement. This is third time, Anjali sent her lawyer quoting the busy shooting schedules as the reason for her absence. 

Finally, Magistrate agreed with Anjali’s lawyer on making her present before Hyderabad Police. When Bharathi Devi is also ready to withdraw the petition, this case will no more have a stand in any of the legal procedures. It looks as if Bharathi Devi and Anjali had an out-of-court settlement. Currently, the SVSC actress is flying high with super success of ‘Balupu’ and also has ‘Golmaal’ readying for a release. Wish that, Anjali will grow professionally from here on as all the personal family issues are resolved.
