RGV Lost Emotional Balance

May be for the first time, we are seeing an emotional man inside Ram Gopal Varma. For critics and analysts he might be a man with iron will and iron heart but death of Jiah Khan is still haunting him. The way RGV is confessing himself was a face never seen before. Instead of just paying tributes or making presence at condolence meetings, RGV made a 2 minute film titled ‘The Reel & The Reality Of  Jiah’ as an ode of tribute and gift to Jiah’s family.

‘Jiah could not follow her on screen characterization of taking things lightly in ‘Nishabd’ in off screen. For me, she will be always alive. When I was looking at her in ‘Nishabd,’ I was struck by how spontaneous she was on screen and not the least intimidated by Mr Amitabh Bachchan. I should have worked with her again. But we had both set such high standards for each other in ‘Nishabd.’ I couldn’t come up with a role to equal that one for Jiah. And I haven’t made any film as heartfelt as ‘Nishabd.’’
