The gorgeous veteran actress is all set to become a director dealing with the remake of Malayalam film ‘22 F Kottayam’ in Telugu and Tamil with Nithya Menon as heroine.

This is hard hitting tale of a rape victim who takes revenge against the injustice done to her. Reema Kallingal played the title role which was a huge hit in Malayalam. Now, Nithya Menon inspired by this film had agreed to act in remake, once Surpiya committed as director. Till date, Nithya was seen only in romantic roles which had limited scope to show her performance. Now, Supriya will focus on the new side of this Mallu actress.
