Dasari’s political eye on Mumaith’s performance.

Every artist in Telugu Film Industry dreams of performing on the dias of yesterday’s “Star Night.” Even Mumaith Khan was not an exception for that. But at the last moment her dance show was cancelled, film sources say.

Mumaith Khan is also heard to be serious over dropping her show from the schedule of “Star Night”. As per Mumaith Khan’s version at their near and dear, it was the Program Organizing Committee that approached her and requested to perform for a song. As per their request Mumaith Khan agreed and started her practice for the show.

At the last minute Dasari Narayana Rao seems to have stopped the Mumaith Khan’s show based on the allegation that, as Star Night is meant for a noble cause they can’t accept any glamorous songs. But Mumaith Khan is known to be raising her voice for the politics that happened with her performance. Mumaith Khan even questioned that, “was there any dance show without the glamour in the Star Night?”
