Manchu Lakshmi Goes Hollywood

Proving as a good artist and wonderful producer in Telugu and Tamil film industries, now Manchu Mohan Babu’s only daughter Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna is all set to go Hollywood! Yes, the pretty girl who debuted into Telugu with ‘Anaganaga O Dheerudu’ and in Tamil with ‘Kaadal’ is now in Hollywood with a meaty role for the film ‘Basmati Blues’ directed by Dan Baron.

Few weeks ago, Lakshmi passed a tough screening test conducted by Dan Baron to take the role in ‘Basmati Blues.’ In fact, she is now the only Telugu girl to do an international project. Brie Larson of ’21 Jump Street’ and ‘United States of Tara’ play the male lead. As of now, Lakshmi already shot for first schedule sharing the screen space with Donald Sutherland, Tyne Daly.
