How could Srinivas Reddy become the director of Naga Chaitanya's next film, even when Nagarjuna observed this director very closelymaking the budget of 'Damarukam' upside down? To be more specific, Shiva Prasad Reddy of Kamakshi Arts who is considered as close friend cum business partner of Nag will be the producer. Yes, the way Srinivas Reddy has handled some key scenes in 'Damarukam' and his hold on mass pulse of audience are the points which worked in his advantage. 

Much before the beginning of actual shooting in January next year, Srinivas Reddy has got strong warning from Nag on how to work out this project on a least minimum of budget. There is no chance that Srinivas Reddy will be given the budgetary freedom like what was enjoyed on 'Damarukam.' So, Chaitu's new film could be something above 'Tata Birla Madhyalo Laia' or 'Yamagola - Malli Modalaindi' and much below 'Damarukam.'
