Poonam Receives Court Summons

Hot model turned actress Poonam Pandey has again run into controversies for posting a semi nude pic which hurt the religious sentiments of a section of public. A local Bengaluru court issued summons to Poonam Pandey and directed her to appear before court on February 26, next year.

The above shown pic is the one where Poonam posed semi nude holding a photo of Lord Vishnu morphed with face of Sachin Tendulkar and a Pakistani cricketer bowed before. An advocate S Umesh has filed the complaint accusing Poonam of even making a statement of posing nude along with Indian cricketers if India wins World Cup against Pakistan. Court Magistrate Churi Khan has leveled the charges under section 295-A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feeling).
