From last few months of time when a clash of release dates was suspected for Allu Arjun’s ‘Julaayi’ and Raviteja’s ‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu,’ analysts viewed this more as a clash between directors and not between the heroes. Reason being simple, as Rajamouli came out a grand winner with ‘Eega,’ the battle is on for second position. Apparently, VV Vinayak being out of form and not in the competitors list with Cherry’s ‘Nayak’ scheduled for year end release, so the next tough fight would be only between most talented Puri Jagannath and Trivikram Srinivas.

Even the instance of ‘DCM’ and ‘Julaayi’ releasing in parallel served the slot. Now, the results are almost out. Luckily, ‘Julaayi’ came out with winning reviews and stunning collections raising the stamina of Bunny giving due credits to Trivikram while ‘DCM’ released today fumbled with below average ratings and some shunting for Puri.
