Special Balloons @ 'Gundello Godaari'

Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna is getting into the final stages of shooting for her most prestigious venture ‘Gundello Godaari.’ Along with Tapsee and Aadi, even Lakshmi plays a crucial role in the film. Major story of this project takes place in a small fisherman hamlet erected near Chinchinada village of West Godavari district in an area of 27 acres with more than 120 huts.

For shooting of crucial flood scenes in the night effect when all the artists and technicians are literally standing in water, lighting up the entire set has become the very key element. So, cinematographer Palani Kumar has come up with the technique of Balloon Lighting. Above is the one pic which shows how the idea has come in handy for the kind of scenes they were shooting, However, shooting went very smooth and director Kumar Nagendra completed the shot effectively. ‘Gundello Godaari’ is all set for a grand release in August.
