Nayan keeps Top Director in Waiting

Actress Nayanathara has too much to prove in her second innings. With sudden jolts in personal life, she took a brief break only to come back with superb offers in kitty. Apparently Nayan joined Ajith for Vishnuvardhan’s flick in Tamil while in Telugu she has a project with Gopichand in direction of Bhoopathy Pandiyan and ‘Love Story’ with Nagarjuna in direction of Dasarath.

Off late, top director Mani Ratnam has offered the sizzling damsel an important character in his new project ‘Kadal’ which has Gautham (son of Karthik) and Thulasi (daughter of Radha) in leads. Although not a heroine, Nayan has to play the key character of wife of Arjun. As Mani is quick to resume the shoot, Nayan still hasn’t offered the call sheets which might result in delay of ‘Kadal’ shooting. Of course, Nayan has given the formal acceptance which kept Mani in waiting before locking his final schedule. Will Mani wait further more to welcome Nayan or find a replacement?
