Rajamouli P-Report: Pass or Distinction?

Day to day update on post production activities of ‘Eega’ reported to public and media in the name of ‘Eega Progress Report’ has got good response. While, this can be considered as a wonderful marketing stunt by Rajamouli to create good hype for the film with two weeks left before release, some view this even as an educational tutorial on post production stages a negative has to go through in order to evolve as a perfect film what we enjoy on screen today.

Apparently, all the section of people can never understand these technical pains. What they demand for is ultimately an entertaining product. So, keeping aside these ‘Progressive Reports’ of promotional techniques, audience and analysts are excited to see the actual ‘Progress Card’ of Rajamouli on July 6th. Once the film releases in theatres, it’s the audience who will award a grade to Jakkanna. Going by the performance and ‘Progress Cards’ of his past films results, we can’t take anything less than a ‘Distinction’ or a ‘State Rank.’
