Nandamuri Balakrishna has become the fore-runner for encouraging Multi-Star films in Tollywood. Not just his current ‘UKUP,’ even the last flick ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ can also be called a Multi-Star for the presence of a hero like Srikanth. Perhaps, Srikanth has become Modern Day Kantha Rao by accepting versatile roles. He doesn’t mind to play second fiddle characters depending upon the strengths in story and script. That is the reason why, Balakrishna kept Srikanth as always the first choice to play brother or any important roles coming in his way.
As per the Film Nagar buzz, NBK’s 100th film to be produced by Yalamanchi Sai Baba will be an historical or mythological subject made with high budget. Definitely Srikanth will be a part of this project whether story might be loosely based either on Vijayanagara Empire or a remake of ‘Bhatti Vikramarka.’
