Why is Ram luckier than Mahesh Babu?

Audience coming out of ‘Endukante Premanta’ theatres are questioning on how come our Censor Board has spared the word ‘Uchcha’ in the film. There is a scene in Wine Factory of Paris where Ram answers Tamanna saying, ‘Dayyam Ante Bhayam Kaadu Uchcha.’ How can the same word used in ‘Businessman’ by Mahesh Babu was repeatedly censored with Beep Sound? No, it’s neither the special corner of Censor Board for Ram nor they have mistakenly approved?

Reason goes like this. One of our close media agency says, Censor Board Regional Officer Dhana Lakshmi is undergoing special training classes in New Delhi and was unavailable to exam ‘Endukante Premanta.’ Instead, the movie was issued a Censor Certificate by Regional Officer of Bengaluru Censor Board, the temporary in-charge of Hyderabad Board. That is how, Ram was luckier than Mahesh to get the word ‘Uchcha’ cleared for exhibition.
