Nagarjuna did the right thing

Hero Nagarjuna lost his mother Annapurna recently. It has now become a norm for the media to cover everything from marriage to death. Even funerals are telecast live! So many people expected that the homage and last rights of Annapurna would be shown live on every TV channel.

However Nagarjuna ensured that the media did not enter his house. He did not allow anyone to click photo or shoot footage of the dead body of his mother. He also did not allow the media to click any pictures even during her last rights. Nagarjuna did the right thing as it was a very private affair. Amitabh Bachchan also did not allow the media anywhere near the hospital where Aishwarya Rai Bachchan gave birth to the child. It is time media set some rules and not run after TRP ratings – in birth and death!
