Big B in 'Insecurity Complex'!?

Do film stars feel insecure? Yes, they do. This was revealed by the highly successful Amitabh Bachchan himself. ‘I and many others in the film land feel very insecure. Though I am on the top right now, still the feeling of insecurity haunts me and I think the feeling is the same in this industry, he told a news channel. Today, I am successful. Tomorrow what happens is something which is not known. I may take up a role in a film or get the chance for another TV show or what exactly happens is something that I do not know and this makes me feel insecure. Even if I get a project, the feeling whether I get the lines correct or if people will like them the way they liked them keeps worrying me,’ he told a private news channel.

Big B, who was nominated Indian of the Year in the Entertainment Category by the news channel, went at length to tell the anxious moments of the recently concluded edition of KBC. ‘Honestly, I do not know answers of many of the questions that appeared on the screen and I had to pretend and provoke the contestants and run the show,’ said Big B.

He was in all praise to the winner of show Susheel Kumar and appreciated the way he analyzed the answers and went up the ladder. ‘The show’s intention was to reach to the common people and it has achieved its goal. We could see ordinary people coming up to the hot seat who had simple dreams like owning a house and there were people whose daily earning was less than Rs.200 per day. The show has their lives and must have inspired many,’ Big B said.
