Father who doesn't like his Son's Films

Director Ravi Babu has got a brand of his own. He built this image going through different kind of hurdles right from his first flick ‘Allari’ to the last release of ‘Nuvvilaa’ that scored good reports from critics and youth audience. When Ravi Babu is asked a question on how is his father cum senior actor Chalapathi Rao is feeling on his son’s success as a director, reply was altogether different.

‘My father never liked my movies. He always looks for commercial selling elements in a movie asking for six songs and three fights. I try to explain him on the changing trends and changing tastes of audience. What is more necessary is to make audience travel with your movie and that it self will be the commercial formula which I am following. As of now, he doesn’t like my movies much,’ said Ravi Babu. In fact, ‘Nuvvilaa’ is rocking and film is slowly reaching the shores of a hit movie.
