'Heroine' back to work

The heroine is back in action, after a brief lull and bouts of anxiety.

Yes, you guessed it right. It’s Madhur Bhandarkar’s film “Heroine” that is back on sets with Kareena Kapoor playing the title role. The project had a bumpy ride so far with Aishwaraya Rai Baschchan pulling out due to pregnancy and Bebo putting up some condition.

At last all is well and director Bandarkar tweeted: "Heroine is back on track, pre-production starts from today, need your blessings & prayers!!!."

Bhandarkar, known for his brave themes and off-beat subjects had a string of super hit films starting with Chandini Bar, Page 3, Corporate, Fashion besides other small budget films.
