Entertainment and kicking punches are the life lines for any Raviteja movie. Audience doesn’t expect anything more other than these two from his films. Especially, the rapport and timing Raviteja maintains with his side kick comedy artists will decide the fate of that particular project. In particular a movie like ‘Veera’ could have got at least an average talk, if first half comedy episodes have been dealt better.
As action and interval block with a twist in first half are the positives to count, if chemistry between Raviteja and Brahmanandam could have worked out, then movie would have reached the shores of average ratings easily. Here comes internal news from ‘Veera’ sources that Brahmi deliberately spoiled the comedy scenes as a revenge on film’s production manager.
If news from same source is to be believed, Brahmi who is known for un-punctuality has repeatedly made delays in attending the shooting of scenes with Raviteja. His unbearable attitude is although warned several times by manager, he never remained prompt. One fine day, Brahmi was abused before the entire cast and crew on this issue with a big ‘Boothu Panchangam’ rendered. Being a senior most artist, Brahmi could not bear this insult. Then he became most unprofessional, killing the comedy in first half. Result is a very weak comedy track which is ever seen in Raviteja’s recent flicks. Here is the bottom line for Producers, better don’t take panga with Brahmi.
