Badrinath Spl: Vinayak is below Rajamouli

When Allu Aravind started making of the film ‘Badrinath’ with a budget of above Rs.40 Croroes, the first thought in every mind was ‘Magadheera.’  Although a similarity in subjects was expected and given the magnanimous settings involved in making, next thought would be the intention of Bunny and Vinayak to cross ‘Magadheera.’

But this is what Allu Aravind has to say. ‘Vinayak and my self were clear that movies like ‘Magadheera’ happen once in every 15 years. So, our goal was to make a film that would take one position below ‘Magadheera.’ No where in our minds we want to cross ‘Magadheera’ with ‘Badrinath.’ Our target was only to make a successful film. Except the sword in Bunny’s hand, there will be no similarities between Magadheera and Badrinath,’ said Allu Aravind.
