'Ringa Ringa' discredited in Devi account

Controversial lyrics of Chandra Boase made ‘Ringa Ringa’ song of ‘Arya 2,’ a nation wide hit. The peppy mass number has now gone to Bollywood for Salman Khan’s yet to release film ‘Ready,’ a remake to Telugu hit ‘Ready.’ Apparently music director of this Hindi film is Pritam and ever since the trailer of ‘Ready’ went on air with background of ‘Ringa Ringa,’ Pritam and producer Bhushan have been answering their phones non stop.

As trailer was an instant hit, along with congratulatory messages they have been fielding queries regarding this song ‘Dhinka Chika’ being similar to Telugu hit ‘Ringa Ringa.’ It was a natural thought that Pritam ripped off the tune of Devi Sri Prasad from ‘Arya 2.’ But, here he gives the clarification. ‘Though I have composed the music for ‘Ready,’ I roped in Devi Sri Prasad especially for this song,’ said Pritam. While Bhushan realized that moment people knows that Pritam hasn’t done the song, they may not show interest on it. As everybody loves to make a controversy around their film, finally ‘Dhinka Chinka’ got credited into DSP’s account only after discrediting.
