Rajamouli 'Rajamudra' in TN

It might be astonishing to hear that a Telugu director is creating ripples in Tamil. SS Rajamouli might have delivered an epical movie of ‘Magadheera’ which isn’t released in Tamil till now but fact is that, he has become a valuable brand on whom Tamil distributors and exhibitors are showing the love of business.

Here is the question. Is SS Rajamouli’s ‘Eega’ to make an offer close to Rs.5crores for the Tamil version? Yes, said the close industry sources. Actual buzz is that this fancy offer of a leading Kollywood producer is the highest till now for a Telugu film that is to be simultaneously done in Tamil. 

In recent past, except ‘Arundathi,’ none of the Telugu films dubbed into Tamil have managed to bring the audience into the theaters. However, Rajamouli’s ‘Rajamudra’ transcended the boundaries with blockbuster ‘Magadheera’ that will also hit screens in Tamil Nadu very soon.
