Power Star Annavaram's Sister injured

Pawan Kalyan’s on-screen sister Sandhya very much popular with films like ‘Annavaram’ and ‘Premisthe’ is injured during the shooting of a risky action scene for her forthcoming Malayalam film ‘Three Kings’ in a water falls location in Kerala, say a media report.  Director Prakash was shooting a chase scene involving Malayalam Hero Prithviraj's elder brother Indrajith and Sandhya, who were riding a bike. With heavy rains striking the shooting spot, the bike they were riding on skidded and both of them were seriously injured. Sandhya had burn injuries on her leg as the bike silencer hit her very hardly. Sandhya few months ago after undergoing a cosmetic surgery was seen in Tollywood with ‘Hasini’ which was of course a disaster.
