Aamir Khan Reportedly Leads The Reboot Race 4

Bollywood is buzzing with reports that Aamir Khan could headline a reboot of the popular Race franchise. Producer Ramesh Taurani is reportedly developing the project, with discussions involving Aamir, Sidharth Malhotra and Tiger Shroff. However, none of these casting details have been officially confirmed, making the project an early-stage development.
Reports further suggest that Vijay Krishna Acharya, who previously collaborated with Aamir on Dhoom 3, is being considered to direct Race 4. The proposed film is expected to introduce a fresh storyline rather than continue earlier characters. If finalized, the combination of Aamir, Sidharth and Tiger could create a major action thriller attraction.
The Race franchise began in 2008 with Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna and Anil Kapoor in Abbas-Mustan’s stylish thriller. Made for approximately ₹46 crore, Race earned around ₹103.45 crore worldwide and was declared a Hit. Its twists, glamour, music and suspense established the franchise.
Race 2 arrived in 2013 with Saif, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, collecting approximately ₹161.54 crore worldwide and receiving a Semi Hit verdict. Race 3, released in 2018 with Salman Khan, earned about ₹212.95 crore in India but was rated Average. It also received negative critical reactions.
