It is shame on the part of few of our Top Telugu Heroes and an insulting situation for Top Directors. Here is the reason why media is going gaga about. Already Tamil dubbing movies releasing in Telugu are doing enough damage to Tollywood which is a well debated subject from long time.
Now, same such damage seems to be tolling up on Directors even. Yes, a budget of nearly Rs.200 Crores is hanging up in mid air in the name of Tamil Directors who are getting ready to work with our Top Telugu Heroes. Below is the list where there is much more to worry:
1. Ramcharan’s ‘Merupu’ with Dharani, the Aravam director.
2. Pawan Kalyan’s new action movie with Vishnuvardhan, the Aravam director.
3. Venaktesh’s ‘Nagavalli’ with Vasu, the Aravam director.
4. Rana’s next movie after ‘Nenu Naa Rakshasi’ with Selva Raghavan, the Aravam director.
5. Nitin’s new movie with Vikram Kumar, the Aravam director.
6. Mahesh Babu’s ‘3 Rascals’ with Shankar, the Aravam director.
7. Mahesh Babu’s next project with Lingusamy, the Aravam director.
If the above seven names are already finalized and are out into the market, nearly half a dozen projects of Aravam directors with our big heroes are in stages of discussion. In first half of 2011 alone, Tollywood is offering as high as nearly Rs.40 Crores of remuneration to Tamil Directors.
Why is it that names like Rajamouli, VV Vinayak, Puri Jagannath, Srinu Vytla, Sekhar Kammula, Sukumar and others are unheard of in Kollywood? Aren’t they capable of joining this kind of big list? Is the fault lies with directors or heroes? Where is our plan missing the target? Surely Telugu film industry need to revitalize its norms to make our industry shine still brighter.
