Hyderabad, Sept 10 :
&nbsp;The Chief Minister, K Rosaiah, on Thursday discussed the Joint Action Committees of Teachers&rsquo; Organisations (JACTO) demands with Ministers and Officials at a review meeting at the Secretariat. In all six out of 10 demands were already conceded and the remaining four are either under court purview or under consideration.
He said that promotions were already given to all the eligible teachers in January and February. Transfer of teachers through counseling process is completed in all the districts in July and August, he added.
He also explained that orders were issued to count the two years apprentice period for automatic advancement scheme and also for sanction of two notional increments for the apprentice period of teachers. Orders were also issued for withdrawal of criminal cases on teachers who boycotted spot valuation and also for treating the strike period of teachers as special casual leave.
The then Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy has agreed for revival of compassionate appointments in aided schools by taking district as a unit instead of school as a unit, he pointed out. Other demands like medical reimbursements to Municipal and aided school teachers, implementing GOMs No 19 to the special teachers who are appointed after 1990 and counting of unaided service are under examination of the government.
Secondary Education Minister Manikya Vara Prasad, Primary Education Minister Ahmadulla, Principal Secretary, School Education, Suresh Chandra, Commissioner, School Education, Poonam Malakondaiah and other officials attended the meeting.

At that time one gets a feeling that the story is heading no where and the screenplay looked stale.After the predictable first half, except for the hilarious sequence in the runup to the interval and the interval block, the stage is set for the second half. The second half continues in the same way and the few comedy scenes involving the cop did not generate the required humour as it turned repetitive.The pre climax and climax picks up pace and the cameo involving Anudeep entertains all turning the film into a decent watch. There are many illogical scenes and the director failed to justify the behavior of the female lead and at time the hero character. Though the film is touted to be a romantic entertainer, it misses the strong romantic elements.Pavan Pappula turned the film visually appealing on the screen. He turned the scenes into colorful ones. Vasuki Vabhav's songs are melodious and at one touches souls and hearts. They are shot in a beautiful manner. The background music is in sync with the story. The entire first half is narrated in an interesting manner maintaining the suspense and unraveling the twists in an apt manner. The first half narration is decent and the screenplay is intact and racy keeping the interest levels of the viewers quite high setting the tone for the second half.However, MS.Raju loses plot in the second half with convenient screenplay. Instead of the protagonist unraveling the mystery of Agadha, other characters reveal everything to her, leaving nothing for her to do, thus diluting the over all impact. To the top of it, repetitive scenes impacted the flow of the narration. However, he generates interest in the runup to the climax before ending it in a decent manner.Nani Chamidisetty with his cinematography created the desired impact. He showed the scenes in an impactful manner using the color combinations and camera angles perfectly. The VFX and Graphics are of good quality. They could have however taken more care regarding the graphics. Art department could have done a better job as artificiality crept in the sets. The music of &nbsp;Rakesh Venkatapuram is good. He made a powerful impact with his background score elevating the scenes to the next level. Editing of Junaid Siddique is good in the first half but could have been far better in the second half. Arun Matheswaran did not deviate from the subject and even drag the romantic and love tracks with unnecessary lip locks, hugs and songs.Though even few romantic scenes slowed the pace of the film, he ensured that he quicky shifted to action genre to keep viewers interest glued. The first half ends on a decent note with the cat and mouse game between the cops and the rebels. The second half continues in the same way with the introduction of new characters and the pre climax connects chords with all with the film finally ending on a predictable note. The predictability in the story, illogical scenes and few boring elements undid all the hard work.The cinematography of Mukesh is good. He showed the period look in the story in a appealing and relatable manner. Anirudh Ravichander's tunes for the songs are just ok. The songs had a montage touch. But he elevated the scenes with his unique and terrific background score. He showed variety in the background music. He showed his creativity by scoring background in a poetic manner. Prasanna. GK's editing is quite fine but at times there are few repetitive elements.
