The HIT 3 team has unveiled the teaser of the film on the occasion of Natural Star Nani's birthday. Titled Sarkaar's Laathi, the special video is nearly two minutes long and redefines violence. Based on this teaser alone, it is safe to say that HIT 3 will be the most violent film in Nani's career, with bloodbath throughout. Nani plays a short-tempered cop named Arjun Sarkaar, and he fits the bill perfectly as an angry cop, getting into the skin of the character quite comfortably.
Nani's bloody language is apt for the role, and he doesn't mind mouthing cuss words to make the character look convincing. The Natural Star departs from his boy-next-door roles and is very impressive in his new avatar. Going by the teaser, more than the investigation, the action seems to be the predominant factor in HIT 3. The Kashmir setting gives a new touch to this thriller franchise. Sailesh Kolanu is looking to bounce back with HIT 3 after a debacle like Saindhav, and he scores good marks in the first impression.
Sailesh Kolanu, who directed Hit and Hit 2, returns as the writer and director for the third installment of the franchise. Nani's character was introduced towards the end of the second installment. The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty, besides featuring Rao Ramesh in a prominent role. The film boasts of prominent names in its technical team, with music by Mickey J Meyer, cinematography by Sanu John Varghese, and editing by Karthika Srinivas.
The film has been slated for a theatrical release on May 1 this year. Prashanti Tippirneni is the producer for the film, bankrolling the project under Wall Poster Cinema banner in collaboration with UNanimous Productions. With its violent and action-packed teaser, HIT 3 promises to be a thrilling ride for audiences. Will Nani's new avatar as a ruthless cop impress audiences? Only time will tell.
