Mahesh and Priyanka Chopra Resume Filming For As SSMB 29

The latest update from the sets of SSMB 29, directed by SS Rajamouli and starring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra, is that the team has resumed filming after a brief break. Priyanka Chopra, who had taken a two-week break to attend her brother's wedding in Mumbai, has returned to Hyderabad and joined the sets. The film's team is currently shooting on a special set built for the film, and plans are underway to shoot abroad by summer.

The film, which is being produced by KL Narayana on a massive scale, boasts a staggering budget of Rs 1000 crore. MM Keeravani is composing the music for this mega-production, which also features Nana Patekar in a key role. The makers have kept the star cast under wraps, making the actors sign strict non-disclosure agreements. Any leaks from them could result in financial penalties. Mahesh Babu's fans are eagerly waiting to see what SS Rajamouli has in store.

As per the latest update, intense confrontation scenes between Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra are being filmed amidst a massive hotel lobby setup. A special set has been constructed for these sequences. In the coming days, Rajamouli has also planned a solo action sequence featuring Priyanka Chopra at the same location. Sources reveal that the shooting of SSMB29 will continue for nearly a year at this location, with various elaborate sets being erected.

A significant portion of the film will also be shot at Ramoji Film City. Additionally, the city of Kashi is being recreated for a major chase sequence in the film. SS Rajamouli is leaving no stone unturned to make this project one of the most ambitious films in Indian cinema. Mahesh Babu has dedicated the next few years to this film and will not take up any other projects in the meantime.
