Allu Aravind quells rumours over Arjun's marriage

Film producer and father of actor Allu Arjun, Allu Aravind on Thursday sought to dispel any rumours regarding his son’s marriage with the daughter of an educationalist.

Mr Aravind made it clear that Allu Arjun’s marriage with Sneha Reddy was arranged and not a love marriage.

Interacting with a private television channel Mr Aravind said that despite rumours floating in the Telugu film industry and the general public, his son’s upcoming marriage was not the result of a love affair but arranged by the bride’s and groom’s parents.

He said that the marriage will take place ‘most probably’ in the last week of February next year. The final dates would be only decided after Allu Arjun completes the film, ‘Badrinath’.

Mr Aravind hoped that the shooting for the film would be completed by January-end. He also added that the marriage preparations would begin after this.

Sneha Reddy is the daughter of business tycoon and educationalist Sankar Reddy, who owns a college in Ibrahimpatnam. Sneha completed her graduation in Hyderabad and her MS in computers from the US.

With this statement by Allu Arvind, the rumours floating among film circles are expected to be quelled.
